Air conditioning for hard-to-cool spaces

If you have a radiant-heated home or a space with no heat running to it, you can still enjoy the comforts of air conditioning. For example, if you have a boiler, a Unico air condition system or a Fujitsu ductless split may be an option. 

These tiny, inconspicuous vents are attached to flexible duct work that can be run through very narrow walls and attic spaces, then connected outside to a condensing unit.  Precision has installed these in many remodels where the homes were built around the turn of the century and still have a hot water boiler as their source of heat.
