Things to check if your furnace stops working.

You can often avoid the cost of a service call if you do the following before you call us:

• Make sure there’s power to the unit.
• Check to make sure the air filter is clean. Filters need to be replaced every 2-3 months.
• Record pattern of any blinking lights.
• If there is no display on the thermostat, replace the batteries.
• If the unit vents to a side wall, check outside and remove any blockage (i.e. leaves, snow, etc.)
• If on LP gas, check tank level.
