Announcing the Recipient of Our 18th Annual Precision Furnace Makeover - Anna Kane! 

Anna’s story of resilience and selflessness deeply moved us. A retired school administrator and daycare provider, she has endured unimaginable losses—losing her son in a tragic accident in 2023 and her husband a year later. Despite her grief, Anna has remained a pillar of strength for her family, supporting her daughter-in-law and granddaughters with unwavering love and care.

This year, we had the honor of providing Anna with a brand-new, high-efficiency Trane furnace. Her family was there to share in the moment, making it an incredibly emotional and moving experience.

Anna received more nominations than anyone in the history of our Furnace Makeover—an overwhelming testament to the impact she’s had on those around her. It was clear that her community wanted to wrap her in warmth, and we are so honored to be part of that.

But that’s not all—thanks to the generosity of Ferguson, she also received a much-needed water heater, and Bigelow Carpet & Duct Cleaning donated a free duct cleaning to ensure her home’s air is fresh and healthy.

Moments like these remind us of the incredible power of community and the joy of giving back.
